1. Q. What if this is for a gift? How do I know what size to order?
A. If the measurement is not known, please refer to our sizing guidelines (in the drop-down box on every product page). Because bead sizes vary, the bracelet itself may vary up to 1/4 inch, allowing room for growth. Elegant organza bags complete your gift and say, "I love you."
2. Q. What if I need a different size? Can I make an exchange?
A. No problem! Just return the original to us within 15 days and we'll gladly exchange or refund your money (less the shipping).
ATTENTION: Holiday Orders....
Normally our return/exchange policy is such that the original must be returned to us within 15 days in order to receive an exchange or refund (less the shipping). However, we recognize that this time of year, many of our orders are purchased as gifts, and may not necessarily be received by the recipient in the 15-day time frame. Therefore, all orders placed between November 1, 2007 and December 25, 2007 will have until January 10, 2008 for any exchanges/refunds.
Unless our beading supplies are backordered (in which case you would be contacted and notified), we will complete and ship out all orders from our end within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may be extended during the busy holiday season due to increased processing loads at individual post offices. Although we will make every possible effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee that your order will be received by any specific date. We encourage you to place your orders well before the holiday rush. Thank you!!
3. Q. How long will it take for my bracelet to arrive?
A. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, please allow 5-10 business days for complete processing.
4. Q. What about safety? Will the bracelet break, or create a choking hazard for my baby? **
A. We use professional beading wire rather than plastic or stretch cord. We clamp crimp beads on either end to secure the wire, rather than simply tie a knot that could come unsecured. (See **Note** below.)
5. Q. Can I order the Early Childhood Developmental Milestones packet with my order?
A. Yes. It is listed as a separate item on the Products page. Simply add it to your cart. It is an additional $8.00.
6. Q. What ages are included in the Early Childhood Developmental Milestones packet?
A. Ages Birth (0 months) to 6 Years (72 months).
7. Q. Can my baby wear the bracelet while swimming or taking a bath?
A. The beads are not waterproof. To avoid undue wear on the beads' finish we recommend removing the bracelet before swimming or bathing.
8. Q. Do you have any special sales?

9. Q. What are the bracelets made of?
A. The wire is nylon coated stainless steel, 0.015" diameter. The crimp beads are silver plated. The clasps are metal--either a spring ring for the children's sizes or a toggle for the adult sizes. The beads vary depending on which bracelet you choose; they will be either glass, wood, plastic, or metal.
**NOTE: Although we are confident that our baby bracelets will not break (our own children wear them everyday!), anything small enough to fit through a toilet paper tube can present a choking hazzard. All babies or small children wearing or playing with the bracelets should be under constant adult supervision.
